There is a sort of timeless appeal to this photo – hard to put in words. When I found out it was 1989 I was surprised.

I really like this shot, with the expression of the man watching the photograher and the boy staring into the distance. I am suprised it was taken in 1989 it looks like it could have been snaped in the late seventies.
