Solo Travel – Cheap Travel

Traveling cheap and solo can be a bit of a challenge. Just look at many of the deals that come via weekly newsletters from companies such as Travel Zoo and Independent Traveler and you’ll find, buried in the small print, the fact that most are based on double occupancy. But, with a little knowledge, effort and ingenuity, cheap is still possible for the solo traveler.

This is the second in my series on “The best travel videos on Youtube”. These aren’t the best for production values but for their ideas and for communicating those ideas clearly. Again, I’ve scoured dozens of videos and come up with a few of the most useful for solo travel. It was certainly more challenging to find videos on cheap travel that apply to the solo traveler than good packing videos, but I found a few.
