Fabulous Retreat in Bali, No Single Supplement
A fitness holiday? Are you crazy? If this is the typical reaction from your friends, pack your gear along with an open mind, for a rejuvenating retreat in our Balinese village.
This is a healthy holiday based on nourishment, not deprivation, taking in traditional village life rather than being removed from it and embarking on adventures that are more fun than frightening. Our training is exponentially more exotic than your average fitness program.
“The best thing about the retreat was having so much fun. It was a feeling of complete freedom. We were throwing coconuts to each other, we had mad races up and down hills. We went on a 25km bike ride, meeting locals and taking in beautiful scenery. Because it was fun, it didn’t even feel like exercise. One day we even climbed a volcano. When the clouds lifted and we saw how far we’d climbed, we all jumped up and down and started squealing. It was wonderful. Later we jumped into some natural hot springs. We felt so invigorated and strong, and had such faith in what our bodies could do and that’s something I didn’t necessarily expect to take away from a holiday in Bali.”
There’s also time for body treatments; chilling out in the swinging chairs; relaxing on the balcony of our traditional bungalows with a lemongrass tea; and early nights. No urban noise. No distractions.
Go home a little lighter… body fat or baggage, you can lose it if you want to. Pack some fond memories, healthy habits, along with the joy of accomplishment.
No single supplements. All levels of fitness catered for.
6 day/5 night retreats start at $AUD1095pp. Inc food, accomm and all activities.

For Solo Travelers: Expedite Your Passport in as Little as 24 Hours.
This is for US travelers who need to get a US passport to travel overseas.
Getting your passport is an important step for every traveler. Unfortunately the passport process can be confusing and complex. With a little bit of knowledge, you can secure your passport with ease!
The most common way to get a passport is through the post office. This process takes 4-6 weeks, so make sure you have enough time. Bring your photo ID and proof of citizenship.
If you need a passport faster than 4-6 weeks, you will need to expedite the process. Many post offices can expedite with 3 week service for an additional fee, but this service isn’t guaranteed. Using a trusted private passport expeditor that is registered with the US Department of State is another way to get your passport fast, guaranteed. They will help you with the required forms and can secure your passport in two weeks or less, however fast you need it.
The final option is a Regional Passport Agency. These are located in select major cities and an appointment is often required. Call ahead first and make sure you bring your required documents.
This labor of love comes to you from Janice, Tracey, our sponsors and, especially, from the contributions of our readers. It contains some of the best places to stay for solo travelers in over 51 countries. Each has been recommended because it is special in some way. The Guide covers boutique hotels, inns, hostels, resorts and B&B’s. But it is not just a guide to accommodation around the world, it’s also a book that will inspire you to travel, to visit those countries you’ve dreamed of getting to and perhaps a few that will now gain a place on your list.
“Fun, empowering, and tremendously useful.”
