Transported to India

I love my home.

My family. My friends.

But some days I’d just rather be traveling.

Those are the days that I rely on the photos of past trips to transport me to far off lands and the somewhat simpler times that travel offers. I admit it. The photos are an escape.

But who doesn’t need an escape now and then.

India is where I escaped to today.

Please join me.

Loved India! Can’t wait to go back. Went by myself and backpacked from Trivandrum to Pushkar (camel fair). Never got sick, never had anything stolen! Wonderful people.

India is such an amazing country! Its very rich, culturally speaking and your pictures are very evocative of how rich its architecture and landscapes are: a sight which incites a delightful evasion of the mind, I agree. I have always wanted to go there, to be totally immersed in the Indian culture: from the food to the lifestyle. I had thought about Kerala, a region known for their spa and ayurveda treatments, but now that i have seen your pictures, I definitely added Bundi to my list of places to visit!
